By taking a deep look not only into what you eat & how much of it, but also how, when & why you eat, as well as other lifestyle factors, we are able to get a better view of the big picture. Through this mindfulness & self awareness, you will be able to develop a deeper understanding & a better relationship with food which will help you achieve all of your goals without ever having to count calories, grams, or points.

  • Grocery Store Tours
    Practice navigating your local grocery store. Learn what to look for and what to avoid.

  • Kitchen Makeovers
    Work with a coach to “makeover” your kitchen and pantry. Provide yourself the tools and environment to make better nutrition choices while at home.

  • Cooking / Meal Prep Demonstrations 
    Learn to prepare, cook and portion meals for the coming days or week. By preparing our own meals we control exactly what foods and how much of them we are putting into our bodies. Take control of your own nutrition and discover some new and healthy recipes!
