Passionate about this work, Mark is committed to professional and personal development. Staying aware of current developments and trends in the industry, Mark is able to translate key concepts to clients in a meaningful and practical way, always offering “action steps”, or real life applications. This enables him to integrate various aspects of health, wellness and fitness and tailor it as needed to the unique individual or situation. Practicing what he preaches, Mark considers himself a life athlete, being able to easily learn and participate in many different activities. He is an avid runner, yogi, cyclist, weightlifter, surfer, snowboarder, and angler among many other things.

Mark began his career as a teacher in the primary and secondary education system. The experience he gained there has proven invaluable as he transitioned to teaching what he really loves, health and wellness. With over seven years of experience working at luxury fitness clubs, Mark acquired the skills needed to confidently train and coach almost anybody. Able to apply these skills in a variety of situations and settings, Mark is sure that he can deliver real measurable results to real people, regardless of the client or goal.
